Matterport Virtual Tours & 3D Models
I am a Matterport Service Provider and offer complete virtual tours and 3D models of spaces.
All of the tours featured on WeddingWire/The Knot, and majority of Apartments/Rent.com in extended DC-MD-VA area were done by me.
Besides the virtual tour itself, Matterport creates a 3D dollhouse model of your space and can further help your clients visualize it unlike any standard photo or video can.
You can also pull color-correct floor plans from the 3D model as well, which look much more appealing than architectural drawings.
For private listings, the likelihood of having buyers from far out of state is high and a VR tour proves a much stronger presentation than simple photos ever would, especially if the house is not staged. A VR tour can also save both you and your clients the hassle of an open house.
Simple photos do not always convey some spaces like a virtual tour can, giving your clients ease and freedom to peruse your venue or listing at their own pace (something you cannot achieve with a curated video walk-through). I highly recommend getting a virtual tour done for all commercial spaces instead of the standard photo package.
My MSP services start at:
- $400 for initial 2000 square feet + $100 for each additional <=1000 sq/ft for private listings
- $1000 for initial 2000 square feet + $200 for each additional <=1000 sq/ft for commercial spaces
